There is a before Needle. And an after.

Different stages, different categories, same pattern. Here is what changed, in their words and their numbers.

In their own words.

The people behind these brands, on what changed.

Watch J from Jammy's

“Honestly, I was skeptical. What used to take me half my week… now it’s 90 mins. And it actually works.”

“It’s like having a full marketing team in one tab. And if something doesn’t work, Needle pivots fast.”

“I can now focus on R&D and let Needle handle growth.”

Different brands. Same pattern.

In each one, everything ran through one person. Here is the before, the after, and the numbers that moved.

RTP Tennis

Up to 4 hours per email. Now 5 minutes approving it.

RTP Tennis is a multi-million-dollar tennis brand founded by former ATP player Sky Kim. Every email and every brief ran through him.

BeforeSky wrote copy in ChatGPT, built layouts in Canva, sliced them into Klaviyo, then sent and hoped.
AfterNeedle connected to his tools, analyzed his data, found what made the brand distinct, and proposed campaigns to choose from.

Monthly email revenue up 4x, without a single promo. His ads now run on Needle too.

The old emails leaned on promos. Needle made them brand-led, built around what drove first purchases.

Cloud Comfort

Running every ad himself. Now minutes approving.

Cloud Comfort makes a travel pillow that rolls into your carry-on and holds its shape anywhere. Daniel built it, and ran every ad himself.

BeforeBriefing freelancers, testing creatives by hand, running it all himself, with no clear read on which ads were paying back.
AfterNeedle connected to his store, analyzed the numbers, found the angles and audiences that converted, and backed what worked.

Return on ad spend up 170%. His first profitable month followed.

Needle found the travelers who converted, built a steady stream of creative around them, and kept what worked running. Ads, email and creative now run in one place instead of a patchwork of freelancers and tools.

Jammy's

Two sisters, no time for ads. Now they just approve them.

Jammy's makes guilt-free treats in Singapore: sugar-free gelato, gummies and granola. J and her sister sell them across the biggest supermarkets and online, running it all with a lean team.

BeforeAds were never J's strength. When her ad support moved to content only, the ads fell to two sisters already running the stores, the deliveries and the online shop.
AfterNeedle put spend behind buyers who already knew Jammy's instead of cold audiences, and led with the guilt-free hook on the hero flavors in quick GIFs and UGC.

Revenue up about 50% in her first four months on Needle. Return on ad spend has held near 4x since.

Needle suggests the ads, emails and UGC videos. She approves. J stays on the business, not the marketing.

The long version, with the numbers and how we got there.

With agencies, I still did all the work. With Needle, I just approve.
